Exchange, refund  information

• Refunds due to defective products are possible.

• In principle,  exchanges or refunds due to a simple change of mind are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Information

• The shipping fee is NOT free.
• The price between the Korean mall and the International mall has a difference. It is because of the additional costs such as shipping fee and taxes.
• If you purchase less than 100 dollars, you will receive an additional shipping fee of 25 dollars.
• Additional shipping costs can be requested by some certain circumstances(such as a rapid rise in FedEx rates, exceptionally heavyweight. etc.).
• Shipping charges are based on FedEx rates.
• Tax may vary in each country due to its customs policy. There may be a separately added customs tax aside from the original cost. Due to customs policy in each country, we cannot lower the original price to avoid the extra tax.

Trademark and Design Protection Law

• All trademarks, designs, and works of authorship of Danha are legally protected.
• Unauthorized use, imitation, copying, alteration, production, sale, and uploading of Danha's images, trademarks, designs, and works of authorship may result in strong legal actions.

FedEX

DANHA will deliver our products by using FedEx's international priority service. Shipping costs are included in the product price. Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the product(2kg standard) and the shipping location.
